Our courses include access to digital materials, live training sessions, community groups, tools, and strategic guidance. Because these resources are delivered instantly or require preparation, our refund structure is designed to ensure fairness, prevent misuse, and protect the integrity of our programs.
Once a student has accessed course material or joined the training environment, BM DESIGNINK treats the service as delivered, and refunds may not be applicable.

No Refund After Access Is Granted

A refund will not be issued if any one of the following has occurred:
• You have joined a live class
• You have accessed course material, resources, or SOPs
• You have joined the WhatsApp or Telegram support group
• You have received support, feedback, or consultation
• You have attended or viewed any part of the mentorship program
Because digital and live-learning experiences cannot be “returned,” we cannot provide refunds once access is in effect.

Refunds Before Course Begins

If a refund request is made before classes start and before any material or support access is granted, BM DESIGNINK may review the request. If approved, a refund will be processed minus payment gateway charges, administrative fees, or processing fees charged by Razorpay or Cashfree or Paypal/Stripe.
Approval of such refunds is at the sole discretion of BM DESIGNINK.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be given under any of the following conditions:
• Change of mind or loss of interest
• Personal scheduling issues
• Internet problems or device issues
• Lack of attendance
• Failure to implement or practice the strategies taught
• Expectation of guaranteed results such as rankings, ACoS drop, or sales increase
• Dissatisfaction because the course requires effort, time, or study
• Violation of Terms & Conditions or misuse of the program
• Requesting a refund after program completion

Live Sessions, Recordings & Access

Recordings, if provided, are an additional benefit. They may not always be available for every session due to technical or operational factors. The absence of recordings does not make you eligible for a refund.
If a student misses a session, it does not qualify for a refund or partial refund.

Payment Gateway Charges

All payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, or Paypal/Stripe, etc.) deduct transaction fees. These charges are non-refundable, even if a refund is approved prior to course start.

Service Delivery

BM DESIGNINK guarantees the delivery of:

• Practical strategies
• Support community access
• Course material and references
Once these services are initiated, the transaction is considered fulfilled.

Transfer of Enrollment

Enrollment cannot be transferred to another person or another batch unless explicitly approved by BM DESIGNINK.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If a student files a chargeback with the bank or payment gateway:
• All access will be suspended immediately
• Legal and administrative action may be taken
• Evidence of service delivery will be submitted to resolve the dispute
